Builder Program

Builders are encouraged and welcome to join and participate in PHEHA.   Our patrol presence will discourage criminals from burglarizing or vandalizing your hard work.  Builder memberships are transferrable to new owners upon sale. 

PHEHA membership is an inviting welcome to PHE and makes a thoughtful housewarming gift.

Builders are eligible for a multi-home discount.
