Join us in welcoming Sergeant Stephen Bishopp of the Caruth Police Institute (CPI) and Dallas Police Department (DPD). Sergeant Bishopp earned his Ph. D. in May 2013, at the University of Texas at Dallas, Criminology. Sergeant Bishopp will present relative material regarding crime in our area as well as information you can use to keep your home as safe as possible.
