PD15 Public Hearing

Public Hearing Information: City staff has indicated that the PD15 Authorized Hearing will likely be scheduled for a hearing before City Plan Commission on April 18, 2019, provided that the traffic study is timely submitted. At this Public Hearing, the City Staff recommended conditions for PD 15 will be presented to the City Plan Commission and the Commission will hear input from the community, as well as receive written comments from the community. Councilmember Gates office will provide notifications of the CPC hearing date once confirmed, as well provide the case report. 

If CPC recommends approval, this matter will then be forwarded to the City Council for its consideration. Please note that both CPC hearings and City Council meetings are public meetings with opportunities for input by members of the public.
